Tim McGraw – I Called Mama

Tim showed up on Today Show to talk “Here on Earth,” his first new album in five years, and the intimate way he and wife Faith Hill celebrated its release at home with their family. He also talks about his mother’s reaction to one of its songs, “I Called Mama.”

Speaking of “I Called Mama,” he himself couldn’t get through the song emotionally the first time he heard it. “When it got to the hook of the song, I just sort of fell apart”
