University Of Findlay Raising Awareness Of Homelessness With Upcoming Box City

The University of Findlay’s Habitat for Humanity campus chapter will be hosting Box City this Saturday. This will be a part of the organizations international student-affiliated advocacy campaign called “Act! Speak! Build! Week”. The event will educate students and community members on homelessness through various scenarios using cardboard structures. That will take place from 2 – 4 p.m. with a panel of speakers to follow. The students will then stay overnight in their structures.

The event will be on the Cory Street Mall in the center of campus.
