Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague says his office and the DeWine administration are working on innovative ways to tackle problems in Ohio. While speaking in Findlay on Friday, Sprague said the state is incentivizing pay for results programs

Sprague says if the hospital can show improvement in infant mortality then the state will pay back the investment plus interest.
Sprague says they could use a similar process to develop ways to combat the opioid epidemic.
Sprague also says Ohio is making big strides with efforts to help people with disabilities live independently
