UPDATE: Life Flight Takes One Person To The Hospital Following Wyandot County Crash

An accident in Wyandot County sent one person to the hospital Monday morning. The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reports the accident happened around 10:25 a.m. in the northbound lanes of U.S. 23. 50-year-old Terry Routson of Lima was heading north on 23 when he veered to the right and sideswiped a semi on the berm.

Life Flight took Routson to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima with serious injuries. The driver of the other semi, 35-year-old Yassin Omar of Minneapolis, was not hurt in the crash.
