Judson Palmer Home Expansion Moving Forward

The Judson Palmer home is moving forward with an expansion project at their North Main Street facility. The home is planning a $6.3 million, more than 32,000-square-foot addition. Administrator Anja Rademacher says the home’s 16 residents will move into the space by the end of the year. They’ll then renovate the existing building into more office space and storage.

Rademacher says the new building will provide a safer space since it will only have one story. Residents also will have their own walk-in shower. The rooms will be handicapped accessible.

The Judson Palmer home is an assisted living center for women.
