High Wind Rips Roof From Tiffin Apartment Building

Several Tiffin residents are waking up somewhere other than their homes after high winds ripped the roof off an apartment building. Police say the people of the Market Street building were evacuated after the roof was blown onto nearby power lines. No injuries were reported.
