Fostoria Company Facing OSHA Fines

A Fostoria company is facing fines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. OSHA says Henry Gurtzwiler Inc. exposed workers to falling hazards for not securing an extension ladder. The fines could total more than $13,000.
