Findlay Man Struck By Van While Crossing The Street

A Findlay man is in the hospital after being struck by a van in Downtown Findlay. The Findlay Police Department reports that 67-year-old Robert Gephart was walking across South Main Street around 1:12 p.m. with the green light. 49-year-old Shelly Plummer of Perrysburg was turning north onto Main Street from West Lincoln Street and struck Gephart.

Hanco EMS took Gephart to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of head injuries. Police cited Plummer with failure to yield to a pedestrian
